3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Win 786 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using different mobile numbers or email addresses — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held in them.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering at Win 786, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during or after registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure if fraud is suspected.

3.3 Account Security

Your Win 786 account login credentials — your username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. Win 786 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Win 786 support immediately at support@win786.im. Win 786 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Win 786 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with its licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time Win 786 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Win 786 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with zero conversion fees:

4.2 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds into your Win 786 account from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to other family members — are prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment source not matching your Win 786 account identity may be returned and the associated bets voided.

4.3 Currency

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

5.2 Withdrawal to Own Accounts

Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the name on your Win 786 account. 5.3 Wagering of Deposited Funds

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.

6.4 No Bonus Play

If you prefer to play without accepting a bonus, you may opt out of any active promotion by contacting Win 786 support before the bonus is credited. Deposits made without opting in to a bonus will be treated as regular deposits with no wagering requirements attached.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

9 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no violations have occurred, any verified remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after KYC completion.

11 Intellectual Property

15 Governing Law
